> Jabra BT250 - whats the clip thing!
Bookmark topic
Hello all - ive searched the forum for this, but cant find the answer. I today received my Jabra BT250 from FoneJunkie.com (ace supplier btw!) and in the packaging with the additional ear gels was a black clip thing with a Jabra logo on it. Nowhere in the user guide does it say what this is for, and I cant fathom what on earth im meant to do with it! Anyone know?
Thanks
Michelle.

It is supposed to clip onto the charger bit and then onto a belt - pretty useless imho

Ah - ok. Yeah, that looks like a useless idea to me. If you lose it off your belt, you then have no means to charge the thing! I wont be using it - off it goes to join the collection of useless plastic bits that come with gadgets!
Thanks for the reply

the clip has its origin in the models that are made for non bluetooth phones. For these phones the charge stand has a cord coming out of it that plugs into your phone's headset port and the base itself supplies the bluetooth connection to the BT-250.
For this reason it is necessary to carry the base around for such phones. The clip comes with every type of BT-250, even if you don't have to carry the base around.
