Please guys gimme a hand in this Whenever I'm trying to open outlook it gives me a error "Unable to open your defualt email folders. Outlook could not start beacuse a location to send and recieve mail could not be found. To add a location, such as personal folder..blah blah:" But the thing is I cannot even add a foldr Pls guys I need some help here.

I assume you are using WinXp or Win2000.... check C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
for the pst files... if they are there, which they probably will be. Try reinstalling Outlook/Office. You can make a copy of the above folder if you wanna try to restore the folders after the installation.

Actually i reinstalled outlook. But to no avail :-( plus i don't care bout data i just want to sync address book of dad's communicator with pc thanks cytech! This message was posted from a T610

The PST files are not there What should I do? Please help!
