Why don't you use smartmovie or a video converter to .3gp .mp4 ? They are all so much better

I suguess Packet video because u can encode higher frames per second 30.000ftps and GSMR audio 88mhz and u can expand it and compress it at the sametime so if u use hie one if u expand it it will pixalate and that is crap espashly full screen.

btw i thought phones could only play 14-15fps, 22KHz (if not 16)
