> P900 o2 email Failed to connect

For the past week I have not been able to get my email to my P900, Where I use to be able to send and receive no problem, I have not changed my settings from the original ones that have worked! I have been in contact with o2! which was way helpful as they know less than me!!!
I have tried sending the settings back to my phone after doing a master reset, and made sure my email settings are correct! I also cannot access any wap sites which leaves me to belive it is a gprs problem!
anyone had similar problem or can think of anything to help! wud be much appreciated cheers

The obvious test is that you try your SIM in another phone and try your GPRS access on that phone. If you vcan't get hold of one, go into an 02 shop.
If it is still a problem. Explain this to your network and get them to fix it. They have a reasonability to do so! If it works on another phone, then the problem has been nailed down to your handset. Maybe an antenna problem or maybe a serious software fault (in which case do the master reset).
Another simple idea is remove your GPRS and mail settings and then use the SE or 02 web site and have the GPRS and Mail settings sent back to your phone.

Get 02 to remove and re-add your GPRS access. Might help....
