1. wait for the searchrobots to find it... usually doesn't take too long...

2. Check for a link like "Submit a site" or similair on the site to submit you site to the search engine. Like with Altavista, then you go to http://www.altavista.com/addurl/default or with Yahoo, it's http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html
