hey is it necessary to attach k700 to computer for internt browsing or i can do it in k700 itself??

hey wats the rate of gprs on hutch. they say its 99rs. does it work??? coz they have another service called hutch access for which they cost 500rs. wats the diff between two. can anyone help? can i browse wap sites on 99rs connection ? helpppppppppp
