Is it possible to synch my Z600 with Oultook using bluetooth instead of a datacable?

yes, assuming you have a bluetooth dongle or built in bluetooth just be sure to assign the correct com port in mobile phone manager (called phone monitor options in control panel) to your bluetooth com port
