Hi Folks,
I've got a T68 R1b, which I desperately need to update, preferably to the new MMS enabled firmware. I went to Carphone warehouse in Dudley who said they could post it away for 14 days, or I could wait 2 weeks for the upgrade to get in store - neither of which I wanted to do. Is there any high street shop in the Midlands I can drive to which will do it within 20mins-ish..? Please someone help me out with this as it's really winding me up!
My volume control has fallen off, the inside of my screen is dirty and the joysitck has gone a bit crap - are these things the service centre might also be able to look at? After all, I think a service is what it needs.

I think it sounds like you need a replacement. They'll probably have to send it away to Ericsson and they'll probs give you a new one. Altho it took 5 weeks for mine to come back. But I did get a brand new one with the latest hardware which really does feel a lot better!!! The service centre i went to the other day said they cant replace T68 handsets as they have none, but they will replace T65 and other faulty handsets, so looks like the T68m is in short supply!!!
