You have just completed an enjoyable dinner. Suddenly your date removes from her purse her mobile and photographs her teeth! If you believe that this behavior is strange, then you should know that the 4% of British women use cameraphones for this reason. Recently Vodafone UK made a research in which participated more than 3500 women. They were called to answer in the same question: How do they use the digital camera of their mobile telephone. The answers that were given were particularly interesting. Most British therefore (percentage 20%) wear the clothes that just bought and they are photographed, sending MMS in their friends. The 18% photograph the clothes and footwears that are exposed in shops so that they take a second opinion from their best friends for them, before the buy them. Certain others (15%) use their mobile in order to "remember" their hair from every optical corner to make sure that they are perfect. Also the 10% uses the cameraphones in order to make sure that their make-up is still in place. A very small percentage (5%) uses mobile in order to photograph other women and then copy their style.

For the record, after Vodafone UK completed this research they created a new category on Vodafone live! with the title "For girls" that consists of fashion, gossip, recipies etc

yeah i read this thing a few years ago about one ambitious asian (i'm not sure malaysian/singapore/phillipine) woman who tried that trick. and the phone got lodged in a bad place, and they had to go to the hospital and have it surgically removed.
yeah, but she was fine afterwards, and apparently the phone worked.. it was a nokia 8210.
can anyone back me up on this story?
