> Where can i upgrade my t39 fimrware

Hi guys i need some help - i have a t39 that has an old firmware and my problem is that in my country (malta) there is no ercisson service centre. In order to ship the phone abroad it will cost me too much and i think it is unfair for me having to pay for an upgrade when i a maent to get it from free. Ericsson should take care to provide good service all over the world. Can anyone tell me what i can do or whome i can contact? - i try ot contact ericsson but with no succes

Contact your retaler and complain about that you have problems with the phone, make something up,
claim a new phone if the retaler dont want to send the telephone to one of Ericsson Service ´centers,
