Finally time for an updated Quirc:

Just a few fixes for problems that have been bugging me since the last release. As always, READ THE README.txt before mailing me.
Changes since last version:
1.01
- Added a few more unsupported control codes to the ignore list (hopefully no more boxes)
- Moved all visible ui strings to quirc.properties for easier translation
- WHO replies no longer displayed in current window (helps when re-attaching to certain bouncers)
- Fixed private ctcp action (/me) appearing in current window instead of the correct query window
- Fixed text-selection moving down when new lines were added to a window that was at the line limit (300 lines)
- Fixed scrolling on added lines even when viewing scrollback
- Misc minor tweaks and fixes

Note: as with previous versions a real internet connection is required. Wap only or via http proxy is NOT enought. You need to be able to make direct outgoing tcp connections on the typical ircd ports (6667, 6668 etc).
If you can only connect out on certain ports (like 80 or 1080) you might still be able to get online if you find a server listening on one of these (or if you set up your own bouncer/proxy and connect via that).
