I'm fairly new to SE phones, my old Sanyo had the ability to mask phone numbers, so I could program my voicemail #, and then enter a hard or soft pause, and enter my pin. My entire voicemail number would be masked (astericks) so that people who were looking at the phone couldn't see my pin. Also, regarding the pause, is there a way to enter a hard pause? So far, I can hold the star key to enter a soft pause. I'm using a K700i on Attws, thanks!

To see ur pin?Maybe phone number.Think not to show ur number on the phones who u called is the matter of operator and not phone.The question is very misleading.

Well, if that is the case:
Program your voicemail number in on the Voice mail butto (Button no 1). When calling the voice mail with the short cut all that comes up in the scteen is "Calling Voice Mail".
Only way to see, and alter it, is to go in to: Messaging > Settings > Voicemai Number.

To clarify, I want to program speed dial entries for my various voicemail #'s. (not just my cell phone vmail, but work, pager, etc). Additionally, for each voicemail number, I'd like to enter a hard or soft pause, and then enter the appropriate pin for each account. The entire number should be masked so that if someone happens to be looking at your phonebook, they can't easily gain your pin #. This would allow me to program a voice command that said, 'call work' and it would dial my work voicemail, and enter my pin automatically.
In any case, it doens't sound like this is an option on the k700i, nor any other SE phone. Nevertheless, I love the k700i.

Are you sure that'll work? I have this set-up, and when I speed dial my voicemail, after it dials the number, it shows the numbers that it's sending. I don't think that this'll work.

A pause can be entered by holding down key 7 ( i think it's 7!), i really dont think you can hide the number though.
