I have a T610 and HBH 65. It is properly paired. When the phone rings the ring is transferred to headset. However, the Voice Commands 'Answer' & Busy are not recognised sometime.

Can anyone help?

As stated before, when you want to use the commands through a headset, it's best to record them using the headset. This message was posted from a T616

I read this reply all the time--"record them through your headset." But whenever I try to do that, my T610 and T630 simply exit out of the voice command routine and prompt me to say the name of the person I wish to call. That is, it goes into phone-calling mode and quits the voice-command recording mode. It doesn't matter (unless I'm just very slow) how fast I try to hit the button on the headset (I've tried on both the HBH-65 and HBH-600). Is there some other setting I can try on the phone so it won't automatically try to make a call when I hit the button on the headset?

Thanks in Advance.

PS - I've never, ever, gotten either headset to recognize an "Answer" or "Busy" command by voice (although my officemates think it's funny to hear me scream "Answer, Answer" in an empty office while my phone rings...

Thanks! I'll try again...maybe my fingers aren't fast enough...or maybe I've got to have faith...perhaps the phone senses my doubt that it will work...
