> HELP, P800 keeps on hanging

well recently my P800 has become slower,, it started when i installed.
APP FOrge COnsumer Booster
MSMS Money
Tracker
Other progrms installed are: SMAN and Batrtender.. that's it..
ive had more programs installed before and my phone was really fast.. now its super slow and most of the time it hangs,, ive tried master reset and reformatting my mem stick.. the phone would run just fine for 2 days then the problem would start again..
HELP!!!

wats the latest firmware for P800?
mine has the ff specs:
Phone: R2F
Bluetooth: R5A
Organizer R2B03
CDA: R4A02
just wnt to know? why should i upgrade? all were workign perfectly well.. do u think my present firmware cant keep up with Tracker, MSMS MOney, AppForgeConsumer Booster ver 5?

thanks man, i did that. after numerous master resets ive found the problem to be coming from the program Tracker.. since ive uninstalled the said file all is going well already!
