Hi huys sorry to bother ya's, i have searched as many threads as i can and tried everybodys suggested solutions but i cant get my computer to recognise that i have my p800 connected via cradle. It says port 7 usb connected but no sign of the phone when i click on the p800 icon. I am writing incase sum 1 knows a simple solution.

I have tried turning windows firewall off, uninstalles avg antivirus, changed usb slot, turned phone off and on....i'm at the end of my teather. i downloaded the software as i have no disc i'm usin the latest version of pc suite.

any help would be so appreciated....

have u tried disabling any software which u have running such as norton anti- virus?

This is the same problem i am having just that once i restart the pc the p800 icon appears but once i remove the phone and put it back the mobile phone monitor just says connected but no p800 icon so i cant sync plz someone should help
