Hi,
was just about to pay out for a k700 when i saw some post about a new t-series 700 or summat with a memory stick hole....
anyone know anything about this as the lack of expandable memory is the only thing negative i can see about the k700, if this new t series phone is out in a couple of months i will definatly wait !

I dont think that se will release a new t in the next future, there are other handsets on their way to the market, like s7, k5 etc

to be honest you don't really need expandable memory on a phone like the k700, i have 28vids, 14 themes, 44sound files (inc 1 full mp3 at over 3.5mb) 52 games and 85 pics and still have 9.2mb free. i could easily delete the sound files if i want others the same with the videos, and use the other space for more games
If you were to wait it would be for s700, but that will be a fair bit more expensive than k700, due to the xpandable memory and 252k colour screen

It depends on your needs. Choose a fone what really fits your wishes. If it is, buy a k7 and use it til u can get another one. Think the k7 will keep its price some month long, so u dont loose much money at a fone change. It must be your decision, always give a try for the fone before u auy it and visit on esato the many threads, reviews and experiences of the members. Good luck.

I still own a T610 and i am gonna wait to get the S700. When it comes out, if i don't like it then i'll think what else to get but until then, the S700 is the one.

I was gonna wait to get the S700, because of the expandable memory instead of getting the K700 as soon as it came out. The problem is that it's supposed to be released in October, but you know how reliable SE release dates are. Another thing that a lot of peeps don't realise, is that it's gonna be very expensive when it first comes, nearly on a level par with P900.
I finally decided to go for the K700 instead a few days ago, and managed to get it free on an upgrade and for a much lower line rental as well.

Wait what for? If sy made up his mind to have a new fone, he should go for it. If i want a new one, i buy it as soon as i can. The feeling to have sg new in my life is great.
