About a month ago, I bought a 2nd hand HBH-60 to pair with my P800. The person I bought the HBH-60 is a crook cos the set he sold me was faulty. I was only able to pair the headset with my phone only after a long time. Once paired and hearing the volume quality was ok, I paid him SGD 80 bucks (also because the set still has 8 months of warranty).
Sadly, the headset keeps dropping my call after that I had a hard time pairing it again. Reluctuntly, I brot the set to Kallang's SE service centre. True enough, it was faulty and SE tried to repair for me. After 3 days, they said that it can't be repaired and they'll replace a new set for me. That was when the nightmare began... every other week when I called them to check on status, they said that the shipment is not here yet. The days turned into weeks and weeks into a month... Imagine! Waiting one month for my HBH-60 replacement.
Eventually after exactly a month, I expressed my frustration to the personnel at SE. The next day, they called to ask me to go back to collect my new head set. Once there, I was very pleasantly surprise to see the headset they gave me was a HBH-65!!! Wow! SGD 80 bucks for a brand new HBH-65!!!
Still, I had to wait 1 long month for it... No problem between it and my P800 now...
