you can use either a data cable, or infrared or bluetooth. whichever you have. simply send the mp3 to the phone and it will automatically be placed into the sounds folder

You can connect to a PC for data transfer via USB cable, InfraRed or Bluetooth. Obviously u would need whichever of these u choose on your computer.
Cable is the slowest and Bluetooth is fastest & is the method I use and would recommend.
