It turns off auto at every call after ca 25 sec and the display gets darker.

Well if you know how to open up your phone... once you get to the keypad you should see 6 small openings where the LED shines thru from the base. If you want to block the light from coming thru all u have to do is block those 6 openings. I suggest good old whiteout?
