I have the Sony P800 and just got the CAR-100 and was wondering if anyone knows how to configure the two together. Please get back to me asap. Thanks.

you gotta recognize that many users are in europe and asia, and they have jobs, families, and they also need to sleep! So someone will eventually help you, but you have to be patient.

And as a last resort, try Pm'ing someone like @tranquil (i know he has a black p800 and had a car-100)

Under Available Devices CAR-100 appears, but when I press refresh it says Searching but nothing happens. Any insight?!?

i think car-100 and se-p800 is not compatible (also p900) ...but you can use the said unit for charging the car-100.

Really?!? I noticed a link on www.clubsonyericsson.com that said that a application or patch was made to configure the two devices together.

we also expereinced that with p900.....car-100 has a problem with those units of se with touch screen.

try other unit like t68i and it will work great

Thanks for your comments superman. I am hoping someone on the forum has a way of making them work because I only bought after the Sony-Ericsson website said they can work with each other.
