Hi all
Sorry for the simple question but I can't lay my hands on my manual and the online version is taking a lifetime to download over my 56k modem!

as I recall, the phone will prompt you to enter the puk code if it is required. I've only ever seen it once though when my daughter forgot her sim card pin number

Basically you get your PUK code and enter it and then press ok and then you can choose a new pin.
You can get your PUK by calling your network provider.
If your on O2 then you can get the PUK from the
O2 Website

if ur on 02, i can do it really easily off their website... they just need ur mobile number..
p.s if u enter ur PUK number wrong 10 times i think it is ur sim will be blocked...be careful, i found out the hard way

...hmmm, I may be getting confused!
I have my PUK code (got it from the O2 website). I thought this would unlock my phone for all networks? - Have I got the wrong end of the stick?
Anyhow, I just wanted to know how I enter it into the phone...is there some kind of key-combo that brings up a hidden screen etc?

u need to "Unlock" your phone in order to use all networks. a PUK code is for use when u enter ur pin wrong three times!!
