> Problems with SE Z1010 reseting

Hi everyone,
I bought my Z1010 for a month ago and I've of course discovered a few bugs, but tonight the phone just reseted itself when it was hooked up with my PC via USB cable (Windows XP SP1). I have no idea about how to factory reset the Z1010 without hooking it up with a computer, is there any way to do that? Here is a description of how it works:
10 Start
20 Search for operator
30 Restart
40 "white screen"
50 GOTO 10
However, anyone who have had the same problems? What should I do (I've already contacted SE Support, havent just heard from them)?
Please help me.. I need it working

Almost all problems that been with Z1010 is software related. Go get it upgraded to R1G
