IM trying to edit a mp3 file in the sony ericsson sound editor package. I upload the mp3 then edit it so its 20secs long. I then save it and send it to my phone, but when it comes to opening it its a wav file and i cant play it or set it as my ringtone, whys this? can someone help please? i only want 20secs of the track

well, there are lots of wav2mp3 converter nowadays, just pick one at download.com...

btw i'm using dbPower AMP music converter

apparently there's something that i'm not doing right when using SE sound editor for k700i...there was an instance that i managed to send a song to my cel but no playback and it's on a .AMR (i think) format...HOW DO I USE IT? obviously i DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!!! pls HELP!...btw...hi guys I'm new in this forum and just recently switched from nokia to ericsson, and i love my k700i no! ...and also i am using a USB DATA CABLE, it's nice i get to send pix from my pc to my cel and stuff but i would really appreciate guys if you could help me transfer songs to my fone...THANKS!

FMA supports all connections (IrDA/BT/USB) but using BT is recommended since you can manage your phone wirelessly and faster than the other connections.
