Mehmet Yilmaz snorts milk up his nose and squirts it out of his eye in a bid to set a new world record in Istanbul, Turkey, Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2004. Yilmaz squirted the milk 2 meters 79.5 centimeters, surpassing the exisitng world record of 2 meters 61 centimeters.

not hard.. hold youre nose shut and try to blow air out of it .. and you air will now come out were youre tear normaly come's (atleast for me but i will not start so snort milk )
