If any one can shed light on this.

I have a Orange k700i with R2C firmware.

I have recently taken the phone in to CPW to see if there is a Firmware update for the phone. They have come back and told me that there is a new one but at present they were waiting for a Engineer to fix there own Update Systems. I asked again is that a new Firmware for the Orange k700i to which they came back and said yes.

They could send it of to there head office which would take 2-3 weeks but i didnt bother.

So Is there a new one out for the Orange k700i ?? I know the Generic phones have a new firmware but if any one can shed light on this and comfirm the new firmware.

I have asked SE (pointless) and asked Hays Tech (Doesnt know)

So can any one get the latest list of firmwares for the phone and comfirm that CPW are correct ??

My phone is rebooting and freezing randomly so I have been advised to have the firmware updated

I'd like to know the answer too.

I am getting a bit annoyed with the phone and all the little bugs, as well as very poor battery life atm.

I am pretty sure there should be an updated firmware by now though!

There is mention that there is R2N firmware for vodafone phones ??

Is there a Orange version (eu3) of the firmware R2N ???

Can some one comfirm this if possible ??

R2N is the same as R2L but network specific I think
