I got a new smiley never seen before on mine T610 when some person send me from Panasonic " :-] " : it is like BIG smile
And I try to enter symobol " [ " but cannot find it in any menu
Can you help me?

Somehow they made it available not go all menus, only in password/url typing :-( .

Yes, it can, as i remember its in the fone aswell. In t6xx are only 6 smiley, so u have to be a bit tricky to have it.

much like the [:] smilie..... you cannot use it on your phone (T68 T610) unless you save it first though as you have no access to the [ and ] characters at all when typing text
Only way to get them is to send them TO yuor phone and then save them

Strange, it is available in my humble t600 (shortcut key, 1. Insert Symbol, Browse to [ and ]).
One would expect 'upgrades' to have more function, not less.
