I just got Bluetooth working for anyone else interested!
What I did was initiated the first "contact" with the pc from the phone by adding the pc as a new device with a passkey, now on the pc windows xp sp2 will say that a device is trying to connect, simply go along as normal and set it up.
now in the com ports section of bluetooh settings add ONE incoming port which should default to 3 if nothing else is using it and add TWO outgoing ports (one for serial port and one for serial port2)
now back to tab one, click the phone icon and properties it, go to services and let windows find the device services.
After this is done you can highlight the HID input (keyboard/mice) service and tick the tickbox to enable it, let windows find and install the drivers for it (easy...)
Leave *** dial up networking bit unticked unless you want to use the phone to dial out to the net or fax etc if you use a laptop...
Now the best bit. the phone SHOULD be set up correctly from here so simply right click the BT icon in the systray and select "recieve a file" - windows will pull out a file dialogue and from here simply send any file accross from your phone to the pc via bluetooth...aftera few seconds transfer will start.
I found that you MUST always click the recieve file option to get files from phone to pc which is a bit of an annoyance but at least it work! - sending files from pc to phone though is even easier - just right click file > send to bluetooth device > k700i (assuming BT reception is on on the phone)
Using floats mobile agent is a bit more filly, you cannot use OBEX transfers in any folder other than the main pictures folder and its subfolders, you can send and get files from the other folders BUT only in the root folders since currently FMA does NOT support fully the file structure of the k700i - they have recognised it and are working on it - so hopefully once this is all sorted FMA will be the best ioption for a complete k700i backup and file manager solution.
For now though file send/recieve works perfectly when you manually connect a mobile phone in SP2
Hope that helps anyone having BT trouble with SP2!
