hehe i was bored over the weekend so i decided to make my room very wireless. i got an airport express last month and only recently connected it to my stereo which is 15m away from my desktop. now i can play songs from my computer to play on my stereo. yesterday i figured out how to use my z1010 to controll my computer. so now i can controll itunes (press play next pause back that kinda stuff) with my z1010 from my bed which is 15m away from my computer.

Are you using Salling Clicker for controlling your computer?

Been doing the same for about 18 months... first with T68i, then T610 and now with K700i.

I also have the added ability to search for tracks, albums & artists from the phone handset, choose playlists, turn Visualisations on and off, rate the tracks as they're playing and adjust the volume, all from the phone handset.

The display on the phone also shows the track name, artist name, and a realtime display of track elapsed and remaining time.

Salling Clicker is great!

Your bed is 15m from your computer? and your computer is in the same room? Just how big is your bedroom mate?

I used to use Bemused on my old 7650. If you used it with winamp you could display the track names and times on the phone. Pretty darn cool if I do say so myself... and I do!

I think he means 1.5m...but hey I could be wrong. My room is only 6x4m.

A very good point!! He didnt state where his PC is. It would still be pretty cool to have a massive bedroom like that though!

Well I think you would have a pretty bad bluetooth signal in there dont you think...so I am sure the PC is in the room.
