> K700i - syncing from phone to Outlook

Hi guys,
Tried posting this in the technical forum but didn't get a response so thought I'd try it here instead.
Has anyone else found that any new contacts added to the phone do not upload to Outlook during a "normal" synchronisation? The only way I can get it to do this is by forcing a full synchronisation each time but then I always end up getting a few duplicate entries that need to be tidied up.
If I add any new contacts to Outlook they will be synchronised to the phone no problem.
If I change any existing contacts on the phone or in Outlook they will also be synchronised.
It's only new contacts on the phone that will not be added to Outlook.
I've tried this with both Sync Station and XTNDConnect (which to be honest I think I prefer anyway) but no joy.
Any thoughts at all? Anyone?
