both my 128mb and 16 mb disks are corrupted.i dont know how.when i try to format through my phone it says "disk corrupt".i tried to format it from other phones too but in vain.what should i do now.please help

If it's a basic formatting problem and you've got a MSD reader on your PC try and format the dastardly duos in Windows

Do you have any other Sony MS or MSD device? eg camera. These also have a function to format.

i even tried on msd reader but the reader is not detecting the card
