do you need this program for mobilephonemonitor and sendfile etc to work?whenever i try to install it it tells me i need to run outlook first which i do but it still always gives the same message?programs such as sendfile+mypictures then dont seem to recognize the phone?thanks in advance

I' think you need the mobile monitor software.

But then again I've got WindowsXP which is a dream, the moment I connect my phone it treats it like a new hard drive and I can just drag/drop or use the right-click>sendto>phonedevice option and I simply send my pics that way.

There is many software packages around to edit/send pics, have a search in these forums.
