Here is a short guide, do it on yur own risk:
YOU ARE FOLLOWING THIS GUIDE ON YOUR OWN RISK!
I TAKE NO RESPONSEBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGED PHONES!

What you need:

1.terminator dongle
2.DIV 8.4 or equalent
3. AVR, ARM (and GDFS if unbranding) files

Be sure to have your battery fully loaded! I have done this with my battery under halfful and it went great, but it is recomended to have a fully charged battery.

Turn off your phone, take out the battery for 1 minute or more. Plug your dongle into the phone and put the battery back into the phone. DO NOT TURN ON THE PHONE YET!!

Start DIV. Select the right phone type, in this example T610

Mark the box "Flash AVR CPU with" and select the avr file, etc T610_EU4_R4C003.sbn

Mark the box "Flash ARM CPU with" and select the arm file, but be sure it has the same extension as the avr file, etc if avr is T610_EU4_R4C003, then the arm file must be T610_Standard Modem_R4C003 or T610_EU4_Modem_R4C003.arm

if you just gonna flash your phone stop here, and press "Make selected jobs". Hold your ON button in, but not to long. DIV will say Initializing boot, bypassing boot authority, load data for flash and so on.. now it will count slowly up to 100% and start over and flash the ARM CPU.. than it will say "Operation Succesful".. take out the cable and power on the phone.. It will be a little slow when you start it, cause the firmware must initialize...

If you are unbranding your phone, forget about checking out the ARM and AVR boxes, instead, check out the "Write GDFS with" and select T610_Original_GDFS.gdf

press "Make Selectet Jobs" button.. it will flash it.. power on your phone, and the Vodacrap/o-2/T-mobile icons should be gone

you may have to use "Rebuild SP area using OTP IMEI" button, but I doubt it.

Anyways, this will void your waranty, it can damage your phone if not done correctly. YOU ARE FOLLOWING THIS GUIDE ON YOUR OWN RISK!

cheers, mero
