> My PC Won't Connect My K700

Hi everyone,
Can you let me know what I'm doing wrong or what I haven't done? I've installed the software on my K700 cd and connected my phone via my P800 usb cradle and the phone will not connect. I have disabled the antivirus/firewall and the connection still fails. It recognizes the USB connection.
Please help

Just to let you know that it's a brand spankin new PC that's arrived today with XP Pro and I've just connected my iPod mini via USB and Firewire with no problems. Has anyone encountered the same problem??? My iPod and my p800 cradle are the only USB items that I have. This is the 1st time I've tried to connect to any PC.

ok @ SEForever first connect the phone then go to the phone connection link . uncheck COM port4 or uncheck USB port then go to phone monitor under the control panel then enable COM port 4 then give it a few seconds then on your taskbar u should see a yellow tick flashing when it goes green then it has connected. IF it dosent connect then its something wrong AND JUST TO LET U KNOW PHone connection link is on ur taskbar it is a like a life meter like in a hospital when connected and when disconnected it is like two black arrows pointing sorryd.
