Hi all, I have a music vid on my comp, its a mpeg.. How do i go about converting it to a 3gp? By doing this, will it also lower the file size??

will that turn my mpegs into 3gp's?? I think its the wrong way round...? turns 3gps into mpegs????!!?!?
