Hello, im new here and to the p910 in general but i have a question about the speaker in the p910. I think I am about to buy this phone so I was just looking around the p 910 sony ericsson website and came to the specifications of the phone page and when L looked in the entertainment column it said that the p 910 only had 24 phlyphonic sound voices so i was like ??, I thought that a phone of this Caliber would have at lease; I dont know something more? then I went into the entertainment page and it says "Your incoming calls will sound so good, your friends will probably wonder why it takes you so long to answer." and I was like, so this phone has 24 Polyphic sound voices but now this tells me that the sounds are awsome so those 24 voices must be really great voices?? So the question is how are the ring tones or the songs that come out of this phone? Are they in good quality or no? How do they compare to something like a T630 or S700?
Thank You guys in advance (oh I am also a kind of a noob when it comes to phones so please forgive me if this question or topic sounds dumb)

You won´t be using MIDIS in P910, if you do I wounder why. Use MP3, AMR or smoething like that. The voices only do you good in MIDI.

If I am not wrong, the SE T230 has 32 channel polyphonic ring tones. Coming to the sound quality, well its too real .. So if are used to the artificial ringtone sound, the P900/P910 will sound too real. But then its a showstopper when you have a really catchy MP3 set as the ringtone!.

As u can see, voices r not that important anymore when u use mp3 as a ringtone. And i wonder who the hell used 'voice' for the 1st time, instead of 'channel' to talk about ringtones.'Voice' sounds really stupid when it's actually a channel,a track! Blah,i know, off topic-shoot me,i am a hi-jacker:-D This message was posted from a T610

i use midi at home on the pc for music software and i have hardly
ever come across a song that plays more than 8 or 9 sounds simaltaniosly so trust me 24 and 32 are bit over the top
