I bought the k700i from
www.dialaphone.co.uk For Free @ 15.99 a month.
I want to send it back under the 14 day return... but it says that if ive already sent a text ive agreed to the terms and conditions of Singlepoint, and Vodafone... i was wondering weather Vodafone and Singlepoint have the 14 day moneyback thing? and if its at all possible?

You still should have the option of the 14 day cooling off period. Its the law, no matter what singlepoint or voda say.

just threaten them that you will get trading standards envolved if they can't solve the problem themeselves. Also complain that the phone doesn't work properly (mp3's won't play) and that is among the reasons for wanting your money back.

i used to sell, amonst others, voda/singlepoint contracts. With any contract you sign there is ALWAYS A 14 DAY cooling off period.

I've been informed, see below. By vodafone that they will have the mp3 function avalible soon. I hope this is true. As I'm stuck with a voda k700i and although it's a great phone. Don't like owning one that only does half the stuff it's ment to.

Unfortunately the MP3 has been disabled at present due to copyright
laws. You will find over the next up and comming months that the service
will become availble via Vodafone live where you'll be able to download
a variety of music to the handset.
Hope this clears up the matter.

This is precisely why I sent my K700i back to these muppets. Shouldn't even be called a K700i with the features they've destroyed/messed with.
