hi we know that k700 is capable of plying mpeg files whereas p900 can not is it a difference of software or hardware. if is of software then one could make a software for p900. This message was posted from a P900

I nominate THIS one of the two identical threads to continue in.....

First- The K700 CANNOT play MPEG files (.mpg), neither can the P900.

Second- The K700 AND the P900 CAN play MPEG4 files (.mp4)

Also- Both phones CAN also play .3gp files

3GPP is MPEG-4, so it can.
