Am I the only one, or are there some people on this forum that think the new S700i is UGLY? It has a better camera and memory slot, but that's about it.
1. My K7 looks a lot better than the S700i. Swivel phone? - it looks ugly in the opened mode. Not my cup of tea. I don't think Swivel phone will catch on. The S7 looks a lot like a camera than a phone, I guess. The looks make up about 25%-35% of the reason why I buy a new phone. The S700i looks "chunky." YUCK!
2. I really don't care about the camera when it comes to cell phone. If I'm on vacation and want some pictures, I'll flip out my Sony 5 MP camera instead of using a poor quality of a camera on a cell phone. Camera phones are only good at taking quick pictures of hot babes at the mall, that's about it
3. Memory - My K7 has more than enough. I still have 15 mb left. I'm not going to store my whole computer on my cell phone.
Yeah, I'll pass on the S7. There's no need to buy and upgrade to every single phone that Sony Ericsson puts out. Well, I guess for the rich and the egotistic, image is everything.
What are your thoughts on the S700i? I'm glad I bought a non-branded K700i, instead of waiting for the S700i.
