Ok, so now I have my shinny K700i what do I need other than a BT dongle to sync my outlook to my phone? and does it take all my contacts and calendar?

You don't need anything else, than install your dongle, and the soft from:

I do this with my t68i, but the appointement i made in outlook for one year, it only sync for about the next month to the phone, why is that?
I have plenty free memory left...
