> K700i R2L001 without camera sound

I flashed my K700i a week ago with the latest firmware. Everywhere I look I see people complaining about the camera sound that could not be muted with the latest firmware. But I don't hear a sound. No snap or nothing. The speaker works because I hear a beeb when filming. How is this possible?

Ru sure u have not turned on the silent mode while taking snaps, because i too have r2l and cant get away from the shutter sound unless the silent mode is on.

The ITP SW (don't know what it is but I heard about 2 versions) is R1T

@posterofthread, you lucky chap! I have got r2l and i should put on silent. I'm not upgrading because, the upgraded version has sound. If i were you, i will never update my firmware.
