What is (DSO exploit) exactly l have 5 entries of it in the registry of my laptop, i used spybot to find them and thought that deleting them had fixed the problem, after another scan they appear again. Does anyone know how to effectively remove these files. This message was posted from a P900

a bug in Spybot causes it to report you having the DSO Exploit, even though you have removed it, since it checks a setting in IE which the DSO Exploit uses... To prevent SpyBot from still reporting it, check for example http://forums.net-integration.net/index.php?showtopic=15308

however... if you installed all critical updates from WindowsUpdate this exploit is no threat to you
