> Fastest means of data transfer

Is it via cable, infrared or bluetooth? Which is more stable and reliable? I know infrared is not best because of LINE OF SIGHT What else?

Go for Bluetooth every time! It's easily fastest & most convenient, u don't even need the phone in the same room!

@jaguy85 - If you are talking 'bout 'fastest' mode of transfer and not convenience and whatsoever here . . . then I guess that it will be a close fight between a data cable vs Bluetooth device then! IR is surely out of the discussion here pal! If only to choose one, I guess the data cable will lead by .0083637 of a second against the Bluetooth!

EDGE = ISDN to 128kbps
3G = we dont no but i think 128 to 256 kbps

@Dragonfly_TP well yeah thats true but when all GSM/GPRS services ture to 3G i would say averge speed will have to be 128-256kbps if 3G had 64kbps it will be defined as EDGE and EDGE is just an upgrade from GPRS any way whats the sence of EDGE 3G will be out soon so EDGE will be out of the history. GPRS HAS been around for a wile so it is and will be popular.
