Code doesnt work at se, as on nokia. U need a program and a dongle to solve your problem.

Go to a mobile shop that offers unlocking.
If you wish to unlock yourself then you will need a terminator dongle which you can find on Ebay.
There are tutorials on
Cellular Support telling you how to unlock your phone.
