I upgraded my K700i yesterday and now my camera is acting really weird..

Now I have this kind of bullseye with circles around it in the viewfinder and the colors in every circle is a bit distorted while the colors are normal outside of every circle. I have never seen anything like it in a camera phone.

When I try to take a picture my phone just exits the camera application. Anyone else has this problem? I can take video, but then the bullseye thing also is in the video!

WOW, that IS weird!
It certainly shouldn't do that!

I would suggest u go back to the service centre to get the f/w done again

I think you will have to do a master reset and after that upgrade it to the latest firmware again.

there should be no need for a master reset, I will wait for new firmware and then flash it again.

Perhaps there is no need for a master reset but it won't harm to try.

You don't need to wait for new f/w as the one u have shouldn't do that so there's obviously something wrong. Just try gettin it reflashed with the same one again
