was using bluetooth - then suddenly screen - no keys work can't even turn phone off... what can i do
anyway to turn phone off without removing battery
if its the only way is it gonna damage the phone?
please help

Just take the battery out. It shouldn't do any damage.
Unfortunately it doesn't have a hard reset like the P-Series where u can hold the power button for 10seconds
