Could anyone tell if there is a way outlook synchronization between my p900 and my laptop could use the 32 MB memory available on the p900 memory stick? My outlook.pst file is 25 MB, so the limited internal user storage on the p900 won't do. Otherwise I guess I will have to choose to only synchronize contacts and the calendar and skip the rest. Sorry if my question is a bit unprofessional, but I'm not too familiar with the internal functioning of computers.

I don't think the P900 reads .pst files. I might be wrong on this.. I believe it converts everything to its native language. Which I believe crunches it down to a fraction of what the Outlook format is. With that said, if you simply try to synchronize your Outlook contacts and such you should have no issues. My PC's outlook pst is about 90mbs and I have all my contacts, notes, and such synchronized with my P900 and PPC.. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply. I tried once again, but the synchronization of my outlook task folder doesn't work (my task folder contains more than 5000 posts - I use it a lot to store various info, which I then through the search function can find easily). Even if I adjust the sync station settings to only synchronize the outlook task folder, only a part of that folder is being transferred to the phone. If I adjust the sync station settings to only synchronizing the calendar, contacts and jotter everything works fine. With my PPC, which uses microsoft software, the syncronization of all folders works perfectly. Concerning the phone I guess I will have to continue only synchronizing calendar, contacts and the jotter but hopefully there will in future be a solution to the problem so that synchronization with the phone works as well as with the PPC. Apart from this problem I think the P900 is a fantastic machine. Cheers
