when i try to upload any theme it shows this:

The theme you uploaded has one or more JPEG images with additional info (IPTC) included in the file. None of the known theme creator applications available (even Sony Ericsson's Theme Creator) check for this, and will not warn you about this error. This theme will most likely not work on a Sony Ericsson phone. Please remove the extra info from the image files listed and upload the theme again. Depending on the image size, the total size of the theme could be reduced by 40-50%!

To view this extra info in Photoshop, do the following:
File -> File info -> Section: EXIF

Can anyone explain what is this and what do i have to do to upload the theme?

open the images in your image editor and save them as 'non progressive' and without the extra info (if you uise phhotoshop try 'save for web' with 'progressive mode' UNchecked... this should do it.

Then import the images again into your theme and try again.

I have made around 11 quality themes. I can't open each one and do that. It will be a hell of a process. Maybe i just make a new post and upload them to my server for download
