Jokes about tragedies like school in Osetia, the Twin Towers (note - tomorrow there will be 3 years since that) are called BLACK HUMOR and CYNISM - and I don't think they could be compared with this picture.
P.S. You laugh when someone get's a cake into his face - you probably never got a cake into your own face. Russians never laugh on cake-type jokes =)))
