Hi everyone
I have P800 suddenly it stopped working for last 10 days It displays

I want to repair myself, can anyone guide me where to get the firmware and necessary software and cable to refuse the firmware. I am ready to invest in buying the original software.

The only repair software and hardware you can use on a P800 is only available at

service centres. Its not as easy as it is on a T610 or similar.
If I were you I would take it to your nearest :se service centre to get it fixed.
Sorry I couldnt be more help.

I had this happen before, though not repeatedly. It seemed to reformat my phone back to the way it was "out of the box". I've had it happen twice but I'm not sure what made it happen. Each time I hooked my phone up to my PC and restored the phone back to a stable restore point. If you've backed your phone up before try this. Though it's a pain, it really helps to back up your phone as often as possible (not "next time"

), even if you just do the phone memory it's good protection.
