I went to my local SE service centre point to repair my phone and they told me they can remove the T-Mobile logos etc. on my phone coz my phone is customised to T-mobile (T630). I thought they werent allowed to do that. When I asked about unlocking they said we dont do that, but they can remove the T-mobile logso etc from the software on the phone?

BTW- they said they charge £17.63 for it as well
